Our story
When we started, back in 2003, we were among the first consultancy companies in Brazil specialized in usability. We tested websites, mobile phones (and they didn't even have touch screens yet!), medical devices, televisions, intranets etc.
Today, the rules of the game have changed, the concept of Experience has evolved and, apart from the established Usability techniques, we have built the full customer experience through research and methods that help companies identify opportunities to develop new products and services, and to improve the existing ones.
Our company operates in different market niches with projects all over Brazil and Latin America.

We are the only Brazilian company that is part of the UXalliance, an international network of Usability, User Experience and Design companies that currently operates in 25 countries.
We have worked on hundreds of international projects, assisting large global companies to develop their products and services for the Brazilian and Latin American market and culture.
UXalliance evaluates its partner companies every 6 months, guaranteeing the high quality technical levels of their projects. We have been participating in the UXalliance since 2007.
The Team
Usability specialists Mercedes Sanchez and José Gil, the company founders, manage a team of professionals in different areas of knowledge, like: Design, Communication, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture and Psychology.
This diversity brings efficiency and varied approaches and analyses to the final execution of our projects.
